Overview

1.Use

HZDL-200III high current generator (referred to as three-phase current booster)

is a test equipment developed by our company. It integrates the advantages of similar

products at home and abroad. It adopts numerical control technology and has strong

anti-interference ability. Compared with the converter, the converter has the

advantages of large output power, small size and light weight due to the use of low

power consumption, large capacity self-coupling voltage regulator and high magnetic

permeability iron core. Mainly used for thermal relay, motor protector, contactor,

circuit breaker, air switch, switch cabinet, circuit breaker, protection screen

calibration.

2.Features

◆ Small size and light weight, the volume is only 30% to 70% of similar

3.Operation

（1）After the wiring is completed, check it again to see if there is any wiring error and

whether the connectors are in good contact.

（2）During the test, if there is any abnormal phenomenon such as ignition and no

display when starting up, immediately turn off the power and recheck the wiring.

（ 3 ） During the actual wiring, the current output terminal should form a loop,

otherwise the instrument will not output current.

（4）The current riser has random output wires; the output external copper wires are

selected according to 50A/mm². (The standard configuration is two 3-meter test leads)

1（5）The capacity of the equipment is designed for short-time work of 10 minutes. If it

is used for batch testing, the working time should be less than 2.10 minutes, and the next

work will be performed after waiting for 10 minutes. If the temperature rise (30 minutes -

24 hours) should be prepared according to the long-term working temperature rise.

current can be adjusted smoothly and continuously, with an accuracy

higher than 0.10.
