I. Advantages And Characteristics

1.6. The insulation resistance testing unit is digital, and the LCD display screen can display the instrument's working status and test results.

1.7. The LCD display screen of the cable path testing unit can display the transmitter, received signal frequency, and signal strength.

1.8. The system is equipped with a 25m testing line, which facilitates cable fault testing in remote, close range, and complex environments.

 

II. Brief Introduction

The HP-A50 trolley type cable fault tester is a cable fault testing system that our company has been committed to in the field of power cable fault testing for a long time. In order to meet the rapid development of the power industry, combined with various experiences and dedicated research, we highly integrate traditional and independent cable fault testers, integrated high-frequency and high-voltage power supplies, multiple pulse generators, path transmitters, insulation resistance testers, and other independent units into one. This system is used for rough testing and path finding of various faults in power cables, as well as precise fault location. The testing software automatically recognizes the card position and reads the fault distance, truly making the testing of cable faults lightweight, simple, efficient, and safe. Provide convenience for rapid testing of power cable faults.

 

III. Functional Characteristics

3.1Fault testing unit

3.1.1. It adopts a 12.1-inch large screen, controlled by a knob and mouse, with a bright LCD display, suitable for outdoor use in sunlight. The distance measurement part of the host is powered by lithium batteries, which is convenient for on-site testing and has extremely strong stability.

3.1.2. Adopting the latest integrated communication technology, the collected signal is stable, and the host can automatically select six sampling frequencies with a minimum of 6.25MHz and a maximum of 200MHz. The adaptive pulse width can meet the testing requirements of cables of different lengths, reduce prediction errors, and improve testing accuracy.

3.1.3. The software realizes automatic recognition and search of low-voltage pulse and multiple pulse wave heads, automatic positioning of waveform fault inflection points, automatic reading and display of fault distance, displaying waveforms in three zones on the same screen, and randomly displaying ten measured waveforms for selection on the same screen. At the same time, it realizes two modes of automatic and manual processing, enabling dual positioning operation of waveforms. The double cursor movement can be accurate to 0.15 meters, improving testing accuracy and reducing waveform errors.

3.1.4. Built in measured waveforms and test physical wiring diagrams are convenient for on-site testing comparison and daily learning, and can automatically generate test reports and print them, which can be kept as cable operation and maintenance records.

3.2High frequency and high voltage power supply unit

3.2.1. Integrated design with built-in capacitors.

3.2.2. Touch screen human-machine interaction, simple setting operation, and intuitive and convenient instrument status display.

3.2.3. It has voltage regulation, automatic voltage regulation, and automatic protection functions.

3.2.4. The output high voltage has both single pulse and continuous pulse functions, and can be used in conjunction with a fault tester and a fixed-point instrument to locate the fault point.

3.2.5. High voltage output with DC output, capable of working with external ball gaps and diverse applications.

3.2.6. Software controlled vacuum impact ignition discharge, adaptive discharge, and pulse cycle.

3.2.7. Equipped with emergency stop button and automatic discharge function, it can automatically reduce voltage and discharge during emergency stop or shutdown, ensuring safety and reliability.

The continuous working time shall not be less than 6 hours, meeting the longest working time for cable fault testing.

3.3Path testing unit

3.3.1. The transmitter is highly integrated within the system.

3.3.2. The receiver is small in size and lightweight, making it easy to carry and track.

3.3.3. Determine the cable path based on the size of the receiver speaker sound and display signal strength bars.

3.4Insulation resistance testing unit

3.4.1. The unit is digital, and the LCD display screen can display the instrument's working status and test results.

3.4.2. The instrument has a power on self-test function and automatic calibration function.

3.4.3. The instrument sampling is displayed in full Chinese and can automatically measure absorption ratio, polarization index, and insulation resistance.

3.4.4. Adopting digital filtering technology with strong anti-interference ability.

3.4.5. Adopting a 2600mAh large capacity rechargeable lithium battery pack.

4.3High frequency and high voltage power supply unit:

This product is mainly used for sampling impulse discharge of high resistance fault waveforms during fault testing of power cables with a voltage of 32kV and below, and for precise determination of fault points during impulse discharge.
