The device is mainly designed and manufactured for 10kV, 35kV, 110kV, 220kV cables, 110kV / 80000 kVA main transformer fully insulated, 110kV, 220kV GIS, switches and circuit breakers. The reactor adopts only separate designs, which can not only meet the requirements of high voltage and small current equipment test conditions, but also meet the requirements of low voltage AC voltage test such as 10kV cable. It has a wide range of application, and is the ideal high voltage test equipment of ground, city and county levels and power installation and repair engineering units.
The device is mainly composed of frequency conversion control power supply, excitation transformer, electric reactor and capacitor voltage divider.
Advantages of series resonance application in electric power systems:
1. The required power supply capacity is greatly reduced. The series resonant power supply is using the resonant reactor and the test product capacitor resonance to generate high voltage and high current. In the whole system, the power supply only needs to provide the active power consumption part of the system. Therefore, so the power supply required for the test is only 1 / Q of the test capacity.
2. The weight and volume of the equipment are greatly reduced. In the series resonant power supply, not only saves the heavy high-power voltage regulating device and the ordinary high-power power frequency test transformer, but also, the resonant shock magnetic power supply only needs 1 / Q of the test capacity, which makes the system weight and volume greatly reduced, generally 1 / 10 of the ordinary test device.
3. Improve the waveform of the output voltage. The resonant power supply is a resonant filter circuit, which can improve the waveform distortion of the output voltage, obtain a good sinusoidal waveform, and effectively prevent the misbreakdown of the harmonic peak on the test article.
4, prevent large short circuit current burn fault point. In the series resonance state, when the insulation weakness of the test article is broken down, the circuit is immediately deharmonic, and the circuit current quickly drops to 1 / Q of the normal test current. When the parallel resonance or test transformer does the voltage test, the breakdown current immediately rises tens of dozens of times. Compared with the two, the short circuit current and the breakdown current differ by hundreds of times. Therefore, the series resonance can effectively find the insulation weakness, and there is no large short circuit current burn fault point trouble.
5. There will be no recovery overvoltage. Test article breakdown, due to the loss of resonance conditions, high voltage also immediately disappear, the arc immediately out, and restore the voltage to establish the process is very long, it is easy to disconnect power before the flashover voltage, the voltage of the intermittent oscillation process is a kind of energy accumulation, the process is long, and there will not be any recovery over voltage.
