I.Overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of the penetration tester and accessories in the People's Republic of China Standard GB/T 4985-2010 "Petroleum Wax Penetration Determination Method". It is suitable for the test of paraffin penetration and can also be used for Solid fine particles, powder, colloid, frozen body and other materials, as well as the inspection of food raw materials such as cheese, sugar gum, butter, margarine, butter, fermented body, etc., can be widely used in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering and other industrial sectors .
II.Main features
1. The digital display is used to display the penetration value, which is intuitive and eye-catching.
2. There are 6 gears in the time control device for needle insertion, and the time control precision is high.
3. It has the functions of electric coarse adjustment and fine adjustment of the lifting frame, which is convenient to adjust and accurate to the needle.
4. The quality of the needle bar components is accurate, strictly in line with the standards, and the verification is convenient and quick.
5. One machine can be used for multiple purposes, or you can choose different configurations such as standard needles, sample dishes, thermometers and weights, which can be suitable for national standards GB/T 4509-1998, GB/T 4509-2010 and highway JTG E20-2011 Measurements in the T0604-2011 standard.
The biggest features of this instrument are: the instrument has a software copyright certificate (certificate number: 6097415); advanced mechanical design, convenient lifting and lowering adjustment; high-precision digital test table for penetration, reliable measurement results.
III.Main technical parameters
1. Measuring range: (0～700) Penetration;
2. Needle insertion time control device: 5 seconds, 8 seconds, 10 seconds, 12 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds can be selected respectively, and the time error is less than ±0.1 seconds;
3. Resolution: 0.01mm;
4. Penetration accuracy: ±1 penetration;
5. Standard needle body: 2.5g±0.05g, which meets the requirements of GB/T 4985 standard;
6. Lifting bracket: Coarse adjustment and fine adjustment double lifting adjustment mechanism, which is convenient for the needle tip to align with the sample plane;
7. Working power supply: AC(220±10%)V, 50Hz, power consumption not more than 300W.
8. Dimensions: 280mm×350mm×700mm (length×width×height).
9. Others: Equipped with cold light source and magnifying glass, which is convenient to use and operate.
