The SF6 gas purity analyzer is mainly used to measure the SF6 gas purity of SF6/ air and SF6/ N 2 mixed gas. The analyzer has a battery charging indicator and a built-in charger. The detection component can quickly and accurately measure the purity of SF6. Under normal circumstances, its life span can reach ten years. Introduce you how to use the SF6 purity analyzer.
1. Connect SF6 equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch connector, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve on the other end of the measuring pipe; then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the purity meter; connect the exhaust pipe to Air outlet: Finally, connect the switch connector to the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface, and tighten it with a wrench.
2. Check the battery
It is recommended to use AC power first.
When using DC power, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is less than about 20%, please turn it off and charge and continue using it.
3. Start measuring
First, open all the needle valves on the measuring pipe of the instrument, and then use the flow valve on the panel to adjust the flow, adjust the flow to about 0.2L/M, and start measuring the SF6 purity. Measure for 1 to 2 minutes, read or save after the data is stable
4. Store data
After the equipment measurement is completed, you can save the data in the instrument, press the "OK" key to call up the operation menu, the specific operation method is shown in the next section.
5. Measure other equipment
After a piece of equipment measures, close the needle valve on the measuring pipe and the regulating valve on the purity meter. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue to measure other devices, follow the steps above to continue to measure the next device.
6. End of measurement
After the measurement of all equipment is finished, turn off the power of the purity meter.
