Maintenance instructions for petroleum product kinematic viscosity measuring instrument:

1. The viscometer should be placed on a solid and level horizontal workbench;

2. The instrument should be stored in a dry place and dustproof should be done well;

3. Do not block the gaps and openings on the instrument, they can be used for ventilation to prevent the machine from overheating;

4. Do not place the machine near the radiator or where the machine cannot be properly ventilated;

5. The reliability of the connection of each part of the instrument should be ensured before starting up. Do not use continuous switching power supply. The interval between continuous switching power supply should be greater than 10 seconds to avoid damage to components;

6. Turn off the kinematic viscometer, please confirm that all mechanical moving parts are in place, and properly close the window operating system before turning off the power;

7. Before cleaning the production instrument, please unplug the power plug of the instrument. Do not use a damp cloth for a cleaning because a different liquid or spray is used to develop the cleaner;

8. Try to avoid vibration when the instrument is transported to protect the precision parts;

9. When the test is not frequent, start up and use it once a week to protect the main instrument;

10. During the trial operation, frequent switching of other high-power equipment should be avoided as much as possible;

11. When there is no methyl silicone oil in the constant temperature bath, the viscometer during startup shall not be performed;

12. When replacing the fuse or other parts, please unplug the kinematic viscometer.
