The vacuum oil purifier is designed according to the different saturated vapor pressures of water and oil. It consists of a coarse filter, an oil feed pump, a heater, a vacuum separation chamber, a vacuum pump, a condenser, a fine filter, an oil drain pump and an electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump draws out the air in the vacuum degassing chamber to form a vacuum. Under the action of the oil feed pump (or negative pressure), the oil is heated to 40-70 ℃ by the heater and enters the coarse filter to eliminate larger particles, and then passes through the automatic oil. Position valve, this valve is to automatically control the balance of oil in and out of the vacuum tank. The heated oil is sprayed into the vacuum container, and the water in the oil is rapidly evaporated into water vapor and continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and then condensed into water and released. The oil after dehydration and degassing is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, and the particulate impurities are filtered out through the filter element. The vacuum oil filter is composed of several major components such as heating, filtration, vacuum, condensation, adsorption and regeneration. Divided into: heating system, filtration system, vacuum atomization system, oil supply system and electrical control system. Due to the different requirements of the manufacturers, the vacuum oil purifier can also be equipped with an acid removal and decolorization adsorption device.
